Dee's yoga journey

Dee Howard is a Senior Yoga Teacher and physical therapist with 15 years teaching experience who is deeply committed to holistic healthcare. With a background in remedial therapy, essential oils, and energy work, Dee's classes offer a unique blend of physical practice and mental rejuvenation. She skilfully guides her students through breathwork and asanas that nurture and reset the nervous system and rewire thought patterns for healing. Dee's passion for holistic health shines through in her compassionate teaching approach, empowering individuals to cultivate wellness on all levels of being.

In Person Classes

Dee teaches out of  ISLAND HEALING STUDIO, where she offers two types of yoga classes:

  1. SLOW FLOW 

  2. HARMONISING FLOW 

Here is the schedule for her weekly classes:

  • TUESDAY: SLOW FLOW from 9:30am to 10:30am

  • SATURDAY: Yang to Yin HARMONISING FLOW from 8:00am to 9:00am.

Private Classes

Dee is situated on Phillip Island and offers private group yoga classes as well as one-on-one yoga sessions. These personalised sessions can take place either at the Island Healing Studio or at your own private dwellings. You can Click Here to view the pricing details.
